It looks great on the inside as well as the outside. In exchange for the pros, the performance is not without its cons. The buttons don't seem to respond, the convection, preheat, and power cords are too thin to withstand excessive force, and even when the oven is turned off, loud fans will go along running (presumably to cool? A few other points worth mentioning are that the bake function gets no warmer than 350F (must utilize convection or other modes to get warmer), the clock works just in the 24hr style (military time), and there is i rack and one pan (instead of two). The installation has only been in place for a few days, then if things worsen or improve, I will update accordingly.

Since our 24" oven went out, we didn't accept any pick other than to buy a new 24" oven. We received 3 damaged ovens, no joke, so I am not able to comment on the function of the A shattered first one was returned to the manufacturer when information technology was sent out. Two of the three were dented on all sides, the stainless front of the third was scratched likewise, and the glass on the third was shattered and its handle was cleaved. We have been without an oven for over a month at present due to no fault of Amazon or Empava. We have toddlers and have been without an oven for a long time.
